To apply anything to reach particular goal, you need to see a big picture: how all body systems are affected, what is the proper protocol, what is the optimal dosage, if your genetic makeup going to interfere (blood type at the bare minimum), what to do if something goes wrong and so on, so on, so on. 4-8 years of self-paced medical school, I guess, and one is finally knowing what he is doing. All the rest are at the mercy of marketing hype!
