I am in real estate. Just finished renewing my license. If all realtors and Lenders are required by law to have NO prejudice towards anyone. How is it that Muslims have their Murabaha, Ijara and Musharaka financing. It is all Shariah compliant and only a Muslim can aquire a loan and it is under Islamic Law From what I can tell it goes against what I am required to follow by US real estate standards. The bank is Devon Bank. I was totally shocked at what I read and how it is spreading across our nation
