Inflexible hiring standards be gone

From now on, for most positions High school diploma can only be "a plus", not "required". Otherwise, employer is practically begging for a court case.
B.A., M.A., Ph.D. should wait until 2013?

И что в этом неправильного?

Это настолько правильно, что постепенно распространится и на всех остальных претендентов. Ну, там, в компаниях, где больше 50 сотрудников.
