Дано:
Девятилетнее дите слиняло из школы домой, и прибывший полицейский дал пацану понять всю ошибочность его поведения, дважды вдарив по нему 50kV (или в детском Taser - 25?). После заключения экспертов из скорой, что жив, дите отбуксировали в участок и впаяли сопротивление аресту в дополнение к обвинению в прогуле школы.

Оставим в покое вопрос, является ли уголовным преступлением прогул уроков В ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОЙ школе, и зададим вопрос на засыпку: кто вызвал полицию?

- Городской отдел по защите детей, по наводке из школы
- Школа

"Embattled police Chief" said 9, so he is 9. Behaved definitely like 9-year old.
250lbs could be due to 9 years of "carb + fat" diet: when insulin level is raised, fat can only be stored, not burned.

What we should see is a deliberate attempt to lie. The lie was uttered most probably byt the police, and then repeated by the paper.

The meaning of this evasion is to make this (fat or not fat, but) 9-year-old to look vaguely large and threatening to a brave police officer. No person in his right mind is going to mistake a 5'5 person (i.e. the height of an African pygmey, much less than an average adult person) for a 5'8 person (much, much closer to an average adult).

They are lying, as all hypocricital US media does all the time. Another obvious lie is seen at the end - something on the lines of "but many citizens supported the police saying bla-bla-bla".
In all such incredible murders, maimings, or outright insane behaviour (like handcuffing or shocking 9-year-olds) the de-riguer part is the final lack of outrage on the part of the victims and obligatory incantation "it was horrible, and i will think before doing that again next time"

The conclusion sheep must take from being mistreated, even if invented for the purposes of propaganda.
