The plot develops around the dangers of vaccine shedding through skin contact. Several empires crowdfunded mRNA vaccine production on Kuril islands. Nanoparticles are brewed in huge pools, parody reaches climax when you see technicians standing waste-deep in the nano-kasha, manually stirring it with sticks. The major drawback of the movie is that (unlike Wag the Dog) it was released post-factum.
